Freedom Is
The prompt from Mama Kat: Write a post about freedom.
Freedom is feeling
Every moment of the now you are in
And accepting it for what it is.
Gratitude.
Freedom is knowing
That you only need to be who you are
And you only need to be where you’re at.
Contentment.
Freedom is doing
What you love
And never looking back.
Passion.
Freedom is creating
Your surroundings and the beauty around you
With every choice you make.
Desire.
Freedom is kicking
Fear out the door
And welcoming every surprise without resistance.
Poise.
Freedom is riding
The waves of uncertainty
And choosing peace.
Harmony.
Freedom is rare
Until we allow ourselves
To revel in possibility.
Risk.
Freedom is letting go
Even when it’s hard
Even when your body tells you no.
Release.
